The majority of the art found at Keawe Retail is the product of the skilled artists of Hawai‘i Walls (formerly POW! WOW! Hawai‘i), an exciting annual festival that draws talented local and global artists to paint and refresh murals in the district. Beyond the stunning contributions made by the artists of Hawai‘i Walls, magnificent murals have also been created as community projects and collaborations with nonprofits like 808 Urban or commissioned by private parties.
